This place is cheap but bad. It is both bad service and the rooms and building are rough. We booked a 2 room suite and we're bumped to 2 separate 1 bedrooms. That worked out well for us but they shouldn't have gotten rid of our room. The parking is very limited, which we knew. But we were told that the spaces were first come first serve and they definitely reserve spaces for the condo owners. The employees park in front of the guest parking spaces so that you can not get out of the parking spaces. We were late for meetings twice because it takes at least 10 minutes for the employees to move their cars from blocking the spaces for you to be able to leave. Just don't offer parking at that point because it was an extreme inconvenience. If you will park here, don't plan on using your car. Our shower did not drain. We complained to the front desk and they sent service out to try to fix it. Service left a note saying "we couldn't fix the drain. Sorry!". We had to complain again, but they did give us another room. The rooms themselves are old and dirty. I'm not sure they clean well and there are stains everywhere. The jets on the tubs are disgusting. BUT the location and price are incredible. The issues with the hotel aren't really that bad for the value you are getting. Keep your expectations low and it will be ok.
