Let me start out by saying I really enjoyed my self here the service from the front desk was top tier. We were always greeted by staff whether we were entering the building or coming off the elevator. J and Tony from the concierge desk were so very helpful for booking all of my excursions. They definitely helped alleviate the stress of trying to figure out activities. They both were so friendly with amazing personalities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort was also clean especially in the pool area as well. On Wednesday there was a free crawfish boil event and it was great, the food was good and tea was a little too sweet but my kids loved it. The complimentary laundry room came in handy too. Location was beautiful in quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the French quarter but only a short streetcar ride to the quarter. I will definitely stay there again and for a longer time. Felt like home away from home.
