There was black mold in the room behind the curtains and also in the showers/bathrooms for indoor pool and gym area. The whole place is very run down, needs a complete make-over. Gym is poorly equipped. Breakfast buffet nothing more than low standard, the stuff don’t care, if the buffet is running out. They let you wait up to 10 min to be seated. In addition, they charged us for breakfast on the arrival date (early arrival in the morning)- I have never been charged for breakfast on arrival or leaving date in another hotel anywhere in the world! It was always kind of the service level, even when you leave early in the morning most hotels offer a small breakfast kit, as well as on early arrival- to make you feel comfortable. That’s not a good quality level! The location is great, the hotel is not. TUI should scratch this place from the list! Portugal and especially this bay is wonderfully georgeous- I am glad I did not book more than breakfast in this hotel! You can have wonderful food everywhere.
