We stay here every year when we come down for a friend’s annual crawfish boil. Customer service is always great here. Good views of the beach from every room. Pool and hot tubs are nice. The rooms are all nice, and each one has its own balcony. Beds are your typical hotel beds that tend to be a little more on the firm side. All of the rooms we’ve been in have a free standing shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. The kids love coming down here and are always talking about Galveston throughout the year. The beach this year was completely infested with seaweed, so going down to the beach wasn’t quite as nice this go around. That’s out of the control of the hotel though.
