We just finished our annual stay at Grand Lodge. My daughter has a disability and skis with the Adaptive Sports Center that is very close. This stay consisted of 3 nights; the bedding was comfortable and the rooms had all amenities we needed. We kept the Do Not Disturb hanger on the door, and the housekeeping staff did not bother us. When we needed replacement items, such as coffee, towels, and Kleenex, we could find the staff and get the items, or we could get it at the front desk. We ate one evening meal from the on-site restaurant, that was salad and pizza. We got it to eat in our room; it was convenient and good. We typically bring frozen food that we have prepared at home, and heat up in the suite microwave or cook top. There is a handicapped lift for use at the exterior pool, however we did not have a need for it. We enjoyed the hot tub during the day, before all skiers get off the slopes. It fits our needs very well.
