Family holiday completely ruined by enormous group of rowdy teenagers. Visited as a family with young children. Apartment was spacious and clean - good facilities, location and food in the restaurant. However, our stay coincided with a HUGE group of teenagers (80+) as part of a school group that completely ruined the vibe of the hotel. Jumping in the pool when it was closed, running up and down corridors and shouting in the middle of the night - teachers seemed to have no control over them. Completely inappropriate for this school group to coincide with other travellers who were predominantly families and couples. We have stayed at other Ona hotels previously but this experience has put us off future stays with the hotel group.
