When we stayed in November/December last year it was awful the furniture was broken and tattered there were cobwebs everywhere. They had karaoke in the daytime by the pool so you had to listen to horrendous noises all day. When the maid came to clean our room (we were out on a day trip) up on our arrival back to the hotel we noticed a clear bag with black rims full of chargers and other important things were missing as in completely removed from the room. When I went to reception to complain the obnoxious and dismissive man immediately said well it wasn’t us. I need to point out here, that I didn’t accuse anyone of anything. The fact this was his immediate response was a red flag The lights were hanging down in the kitchen and it just looked old and tattered. There’s a few supermarkets near by which is great the restaurants etc is quite a walk away. They removed any reviews myself or family have posted because they don’t want to admit they were negligent and rude.
