Beautiful location with great activities and a tranquil bush atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Pap, chakalaka music night, well thought of. Getting there involves a long, uncomfortable gravel road—definitely best tackled with a 4x4. Unfortunately, our chalet wasn’t very clean. We found some unpleasant things in the shower (think squishy hair—gross ). It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but definitely something to note. We stayed in the 4-room, shared-roof chalet. Our neighbors had to ask us to lower the TV volume, which made me feel bad for both of us. The walls are thin—you can hear conversations and general movement. We didn’t mind it too much, but if you prefer more privacy, I’d recommend booking a standalone unit. All in all, we’re leaving refreshed and ready to take on the second half of 2025—thanks, Dikhololo!
