Quaint establishment in a quiet residential area adjacent to the golf course in Ixtapa. The accommodation reminded me of family's home in Mexico. Cement walls with no outside or neighbors noise. All tile and concrete with a firm mattress. The mini split air conditioners worked very well. Not fancy, no frills safe and quiet easy access to main highways for visits to nearby beaches and attractions.
