I would to start of saying that this hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and spacious and had an amazing view. It is Accessible to all things. Shopping, restaurants, and the busses. Olivia and Susana from the front desk were amazing. This is where it all ends. I have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected at a hotel in Mexico than I did at this one. The staff was rude and disrespectful on numerous occasions. No one even tried to speak English. All the signage was in Spanish so we missed a lot of information. The food, except for breakfast, was awful. All descriptions were in Spanish and some of the dishes were hard to identify what the meat was. It was always the same. If you weren’t in line at the right time for drinks and meals the lines were really long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all.
