Bedbugs! Unfortunately hotel has bedbugs and reception does not even care about it. During our first night we woke up at 5 in the morning and one bed bug was walking on my husband’s leg. In the morning we went to the reception to tell about this unfortunate experience, he acted as like nothing happened; later we found that there was even an anti bed bug spray in the room, meaning hotel is well aware of the issue however does not taking any precautions. During check out we mentioned again to the reception about this unpleasant experience, same numb reaction. Very very bad experience
