The area is about 8K feet and is mainly built for winter visitors you can see by the layout of the place floor plans and set up. This particular place is set in s very very very quiet place up amongst the mountains. This area is known for a horse racing track and other events involving horses. And you have lucky view of a mountain and over the stables from visiting horse owners. Place is super clean outside but this one house carried with it the years of age it has seen. I can't speak of any others because this is a time share property. Now there looks to be permeant residence there amongst the time shares so as for others designs or up keeps could be better. So as for this spot well you see looks like is got stuck in the 70's and 80's. The use of this spot,well, if you any kind of issues walking or breathing I would serious consider the facts. Place is on mountain and has floor flights of stairs inside. Now the area stores is quite in the middle of the shopping but you are talking a mountain town the drag is 1/2 mile away and they do have a few main brand shops and restaurants. Markets too. Watch your speed 45 means forty five. Casinos counted four. One is right down the street and so is the raceway if your into betting. Or just horses. Not really much of a lively town or full of young folks. Now for the place on hand it carries the home of the Billy the Kid museum right at the front of the entrance you are welcome and view. Its nestled off to the right and is little awkward at first but not all entirely bad. Early to risen kind of place outside. Now remind you there is a snow bird kinda place I see. Do take that into consideration. Right now its August.
