We stayed here for spring break this year with our 3 kids and we LOVE this place! You absolutely cannot beat the proximity to the beach and every unit has an amazing view. Our unit was pretty updated and very clean. Probably one of the nicer Capital Vacations locations I've stayed in as far as the actual room goes. Had everything we needed to make meals in the room. Note-they mention in the welcome email that they don't provide coffee, but they also do not provide salt and pepper, so be sure to bring your own! The kids were at the indoor pool almost every night because the weather was a bit cool but they loved it. The only thing I would say is that this complex is more like an apartment building than a resort (which they are clear about), so there aren't a lot of bells and whistles with amenities. Just a basic indoor and outdoor pool. We don't need a lot of fancy resort stuff with the beach being literally RIGHT THERE, but if that's something you need, this isn't the place. But for a big family that wants a gorgeous view in a location that's not too busy and you can literally take an elevator down to the beach...this place can't be beat. We are already planning our return for Labor Day week!
