My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Club The Central at 5th, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We travel to New York 3-4 times a year and have stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out. Regina, the concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon arrival, she noticed it was my wife's birthday and surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. This thoughtful gesture made my wife's day and set the tone for a memorable visit. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly attentive—every time we arrived or left, the doors were opened for us, and we were greeted warmly. One of the biggest surprises was the spaciousness of our room. Unlike many New York hotels that can feel cramped, our room was beautifully designed to maximize space and comfort. It felt open, modern, and inviting—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The location is fantastic, with amazing restaurants and markets within easy walking distance. Whether you want to explore the city or just enjoy the local neighborhood, you’re perfectly situated here. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and a prime location made our trip unforgettable. Thank you to Regina and the entire Hilton staff for making our stay so wonderful.
