First off, the only reason I'd put service at 4 stars is that there is no room service. Staff has been extremely helpful and polite. I had a king studio which was surprisingly spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning actually worked and worked well. The star, for me, is the small touches in the kitchenette that make it just that much easier. If I were to visit again, I would stay here instead of shelling out for my on site resort that didn't even have a food safe fridge (41 degrees beverages only! Why??) Silverware, dishes, paper towels, dish soap, can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew, coffeemaker, toaster.. all nice touches if you want to have breakfast or something in the room. Very large closet with safe, extra blanket, pillows, sheets and laundry basket also a nice extra. Splash pad, oversized pool and water slide and poolside bar looked popular. Very clean as well. I'd definitely stay again!
