I’ve stayed at this resort 3 times the first time when it was Omni. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is pretty revolving but have always been very friendly and accommodating. I will say this last month I did notice they were maybe short staffed but that is not the usual. It’s a smaller resort but I appreciate that as it makes it more intimate and you are able to make connections with staff and other guests. La Pina is definitely my favorite restaurant. It’s a whole vibe oceanside and the wait staff are the best. Victor always makes our day and Luna was great on his day off. I asked my 4yr old what her favorite part of our vacation was and she said the Mango Tangos. Lol
