If you can't or choose not to use your vacation days or week(s), you can list them for rent on VakayMood, earn money to cover maintenance fees, and reach more travelers.
How do owners get paid after renting out their timeshare?
We use Stripe to securely process payouts.
After your listing is approved, you'll receive an email from Stripe / VkMood to set up your bank details. Your information is stored only in Stripe.
You'll be paid the day after your guests check in, directly to your bank account.
How much does it cost to list my reservation?
Listing is completely free with no upfront or subscription fees. We only take a small commission after your reservation successfully books.
What is involved with listing my reservation?

Can I control my pricing?
Yes! You set your own price. We recommend competitive rates and flexible cancellation policies to maximize bookings.
What happens if my listing doesn't get rented?
There's no penalty if it doesn't book. You can adjust your pricing and cancellation policy at any time.
When can I cancel a listing?
You can cancel anytime before booking without penalty. After a guest books, you must honor the reservation or face penalties per our terms.

I submitted a rental listing a few days ago and it still hasn't been published. Why?
Our listings team aims to review and confirm all submissions within 24 hours. However, we can only publish your listing once we receive your existing confirmed reservation for verification.
If you did not upload your reservation confirmation, or if there are discrepancies (for example, the resort name is missing, or the unit type differs from what you entered) our team will reach out to you using the contact information provided.
Sometimes emails may land in spam folders, so please whitelist the @vakaymood.com domain in your email settings. If you haven't heard from us or need assistance, feel free to contact us anytime.
