Owner-listed ski-in ski-out timeshare rentals at verified slopeside resorts in Breckenridge, Park City, Tahoe, Steamboat, Snowbird, Beaver Creek and Aspen.
Ski-in ski-out here means a lift at the building and a run back to it: boots on in the unit, walk out and ski, no shuttle, no drive. Every resort in this collection meets that test on its own page or its brand's site. Resorts in the same towns that reach the snow by shuttle or by a walk through town are left out, even when they are minutes from the lifts.
Breckenridge's slopeside resorts sit between Peak 7 and Peak 9: Grand Lodge on Peak 7 opens its lobby onto the Independence SuperChair, and Grand Colorado on Peak 8 has the Colorado SuperChair at the door. Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas is ski-in ski-out at the Steamboat base, with the Christie Peak Express the nearest lift. Hyatt Residence Club at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is slopeside in Beaver Creek Village, and The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands sits at the Aspen Highlands base, both with ski valet.
In Park City, Marriott's MountainSide at Park City is steps from the PayDay lift, while Westgate Park City Resort & Spa and Sunrise Lodge by Hilton Grand Vacations are slopeside at Canyons Village with ski valet; Deer Valley is about 10 to 15 minutes away. The Cliff Club at Snowbird has the tram departing steps from the building, plus boot lockers. At Lake Tahoe, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe sits mid-mountain at Northstar California with ski valet, Hyatt Residence Club Lake Tahoe, Northstar Lodge has the Highlands Express gondola at the building, and Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley has the Red Dog lift outside the door at Palisades Tahoe.
Breckenridge, Park City Mountain, Northstar California and Beaver Creek are Epic Pass mountains for the 2026-27 season, and Steamboat, Snowbird, Palisades Tahoe and Aspen Highlands are Ikon Pass destinations for the 2026-27 season. VakayMood is not affiliated with Alterra Mountain Company or Vail Resorts, and owner rentals carry no passholder pricing. A rental covers the unit only: lift tickets, passes, equipment and lessons are never included, and ski valet or lockers apply only where the resort page lists them.
Two-bedroom villas with full kitchens are the typical unit, and many sleep eight; the Ritz-Carlton clubs and the Park Hyatt are the luxury tier. Holiday weeks sell first, while early December and the first half of January are the value windows. Each listing is a fixed week the owner has already reserved: you pay through VakayMood and the reservation is confirmed in your name before you travel, often below hotel-site rates for comparable dates. For the Colorado towns without the slopeside requirement, see the Colorado ski collection.
