All the staff are very professional and competent except for one receptionist who starts work at 10.00 am and ruined my trip at the end of my stay. I asked him again for my room key because I forgot my phone at the end of my stay. He gave me the key and told me to return it as soon as possible, which I did. When I returned to reception, he took the key from me and threw it on the counter to show his irritation. I've never seen hotel staff act like that towards guests. Really a lack of respect and professionalism on his part, he deserved to be kicked out of this hotel because of his temper or simply because he didn't like the look on my face. I would have given the hotel 5 stars, but given the cold reception by this incompetent employee, I'd have given it 2 stars, especially the service at reception. He also asked me to return a card for the loan of towels for the beach, I told him I was at the beach and nobody gave me any card. I didn't need one anyway as I have my own beach towel. Thanks to all the restaurant staff who were very responsive and helpful, to Ali who tidied my room every day and her skills. Special thanks to Mo who organized the activities at the hotel entrance, who is very friendly and professional, always smiling when welcoming guests.
