This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Taos World Mark. The counter staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location in Taos is fantastic, and Taos itself is a great location to ramble throughout northwestern New Mexico. This stay there was a small issue with the comfort of the Murphy bed in my studio suite, but Kirstin (the manager) graciously worked through all available options and secured a memory foam mattress topper that immediately resolved my issue with back pain. I sincerely can’t say enough about the positive energy the staff puts into this location, and the impact it has on the quality of the stay. 10/5 stars.
