A lovely old mansion Greeted with a lovely glass of wine or other apon check-in Beautiful Manchester furniture in some of the rooms where you can relax peacefully or read a book The location of the resort is around 7km from the city centre, other shops are around 1.5km+ or so... Staff are very friendly and helpful Resort does not have an elevator to get to level 1 apartments. They can only be accessed via the stairs Outside of the resort: Indoor swimming pool in a separate building from the spa & small gym room Lots of fun with free use of e-bikes and bicycles. lake: x2 kayaks, x2 pedal boats Large grounds to also enjoy walking around the lake How awsome, fruit & veggie orchard for visitors to access & enjoy (visitors tend to pick veggies & fruit before they are ready to pick/eat ♀️(seasonal planting) Our Level 1, 2 bdrm apartment was lovely, spacious, warm, electric blankets on all the beds, lovely open kitchen & spacious lounge room (You only need to provide your own food as kitchen has all the cooking items & utensils, plates, glasses etc) Large TV in master room, safe in closet to put your valuables) Large TV in open kitchen/lounge area 2nd bdrm has 2 comfortable single beds Separate spacious bathroom with shower/toilet (no ensuite in master room) Relaxing rooms to read a book along the hallway Large car park at the back of the resort near swimming pool block where everyone parks Small parking space at the front entrance of the resort to access reception for check-in The reception area has hot pies and some grocery items you can buy Lots of to-do stuff around and in Ballarat Enjoy your stay ppl, we did
