Windsor House Apartments has truly set the bar for what a living experience should be! From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this place isn't just about offering a roof over your head—it's about creating a welcoming, vibrant community. Huge shoutout to Patrick and Gabriela, the amazing Community Managers, who put so much thought and care into organizing events and fostering a sense of connection among the tenants. Whether it's the fun, free events, or the exciting contests with prizes, there's always something to look forward to! And, most importantly, they’ve got a fantastic coffee machine downstairs in the lobby—perfect for those mornings when you need that extra boost :) Q is one of the best concierge men you could ask for—always attentive, friendly, and willing to chat and help in any way he can! And the maintenance team? They are incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient. They handle any issues quickly, always with a smile. When it comes to service, Windsor House really goes above and beyond. If something breaks or needs attention, it’s taken care of right away, and even when things are beyond their control, they make sure you’re supported and directed in the right direction. P.S. After a number of disappointing apartment tours, and moving from Europe, I honestly thought I’d never find a place that met my expectations. Windsor House was a breath of fresh air and a true gem to find in DC. It’s exceeded every expectation I had, and I couldn’t be more thankful to be part of this wonderful community!!!!
