We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. The resort facilities and the resort room were amazing, as well as the staff. The staff was very helpful, the Director Michelle in particular. She helped us loads when we had trouble to get back to Taipei as tourists in Hong Kong. Thanks to her, we bought the train tickets successfully and continued to enjoy our journey in Taiwan. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. We certainly will come stay at the resort again!
