It is a very nice, upscale, but older building, new appliances, washer, dryer, refrigerator! The beds are comfortable. It is well kept up. They have a very nice beachfront with attendants to put up umbrellas for you. They have a sailboat & ocean kayaks you can use at no cost.They also have a nice outdoor grill, pool and hot tub. Publix is just across the street.
