We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Each and every staff member were so kind, friendly and welcoming to us! The management can truly be proud of the team they have behind them! Around 30 minutes after making the reservation we received a call from the hotel to ask more details about how we would like the setup of the 2 different rooms, what my gluten free and lactose free preferences were. That is outstanding. We often travel but never have we received that level of customer service. The breakfast is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I can not fault it in ANY way! Great variety and the chef knows really well how to cook mushrooms to perfection!!!! They also have a play park area for kids which is always appreciated! Highly recommend this place and would stay here again for sure!
