Three-Night Stay Review (Thursday–Sunday 6/12-6/15) I recently stayed for three nights and had a mixed experience overall. Pros: The hotel offers a beautiful setting, with the pool and multiple hot tubs located next to a scenic creek—an ideal spot for relaxation. The pool area is spacious and well-maintained. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service to Vail was convenient and reliable, making it easy to explore the area without the hassle of parking. Cons: Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell short. Each morning, we were disturbed by construction noise in the hallways due to room renovations. The property has only one elevator servicing all ten floors, which often resulted in long waits. In-room facilities also showed signs of aging: the shower leaked, and the showerhead was outdated and inefficient. Amenities were also limited during our stay—both the on-site bakery and Starbucks were closed. Furthermore, the room service experience was underwhelming, resembling takeout quality despite the high price (approximately $90 for two entrées and a side). Given the $45 daily resort fee and $45 daily parking charge, I expected full access to the advertised amenities. However, with both the on-site bakery and Starbucks closed during our stay, it felt as though the value of the resort fee was not fully realized. It would be reasonable for the property to consider adjusting or partially waiving the fee when key amenities are unavailable.
