An older timeshare that rents out their rooms. The place felt quiet and comfortable. Nothing fancy, would not consider it a resort. Rooms are big and the location is convenient between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. My only real negative is the bed liner they use has a plastic type coating on it. Makes for an uncomfortable feel as you sleep with the added humidity it creates from a person sleeping on it. Also gave me flashbacks of the plastic liners my toddlers slept on.
