This company is crap. I made a reservation for an apartment, they confirmed it, and then they simply disappeared without telling me that they couldn't receive me. After 4:00 p.m., I managed to speak to booking.com after a lot of effort and they told me that they couldn't receive me in their apartment. I spent the whole day on the street waiting. So I had to book another place at the last minute, and all the hotels were very expensive. And they also charged the amount from my credit card and still haven't refunded the money. I don't recommend that you book anything with this company if you don't want to go through the hassle I went through.
