The Ridge is 5 star all the way. It has every amenity imaginable. The entire staff's sole goal is to ensure you have the best stay. You'll notice the maintenance crew is constantly working on the finest detail to insure a quality visit. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to help in any way they can. They make you feel like family. There is a genuine sincerity & respect that you do not often experience. We were taking one last golf cart ride the night before when we saw Nick leaving after doing some after hours repair. We said we were leaving the next day & he put his truck in park, got out, shook my husband's hand & I gave him a big hug. The Ridge & every employee gives their heart & soul for the pure reason of wanting to insure you have a wondetful stay.
