Resort is beautiful, service was excellent. Chalet was very comfortable but the floors were filthy. I know the wood floors are probably swept regularly, but they need to be mopped. Took a wet washcloth and cleaned the area where I walk the most and it came back black. I have experienced this in other hotels also.
