This was a remarkable hotel in a remarkablly beautiful place. Service, location, room were all great. Belize is certainly a tourist friendly place and when I changed my flight from Belize city to SP to an earlier flight the Tropic Air rep coordinated with The Phoenix to have my transfer from the small SP airport to the hotel available. It was seamless. The property of the Phoenix itself is one of the best on SP. great pools (which is relatively rare) and the rooms were great with really nice personal touches. Our two bedroom suite— really a condo- was first rate with nice kitchen, utensils, bathrooms, and comfortable beds. All you need. You will not be disappointed.
