This hotel is a smaller boutique style hotel with great service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very roomy. Our room had a fridge, dishwasher and microwave which all come in handy. Bellmen, Carlos and Bill, always gracious and kind. Our activity coordinator, Ola, is a doll; always has a smile for us and offers great conversation. Ms Pam at the concierge, always charming, warm and offering ideas of what to do. House keeping folks kind and helpful, always smiling. All front desk folks are friendly and kind, always ready to help with a good morning and good evening. Thank you again, for a lovely stay in beautiful SF. David & Gina
