We have been coming here for over 30 years with our family. Management staff is amazing, a big upgrade from what it was before Cunningham Properties owned it. Very polite, always welcoming, love the extended hours. On another note, our bed sheets had sand all at the foot, like they were previously slept in, which is unacceptable. Although we were able to go to the lobby to get a replacement set, it was disgusting thinking we laid where someone else had already. I’m almost certain the pullout bed had bed bugs as well. The pool had a scum line across the top and was slimy all the way around like it was never cleaned. The game room had no a/c running so we did not get to spend a lot of time there. Condo has easy access to the beach and local wildlife which is always a plus and the beach toys bin on the way out. I’m just hoping property management reads this review and fixes the issues at hand for the next visitors. After 30 years of staying, I think it’s safe to say we will not be back due to the lack of cleaning in multiple places.
