Since 2022 I have stayed at this relaxing former Swissbelhotel a total around 270 nights (5 trips p.a. x usually 18 days each). That statistic indicates a high level of customer satisfaction. I get the comfortable same room every visit. Location is ideally near everything I need in Kuta. Staff are all magnificent. All consideration & extra facilities are provided to me as an Octogenarian. Nothing is overlooked, including extra room facilities for me to host my visitors. Most impressively, Anathera has since significantly upgraded the restaurant food standards to premium. Additional guest services have also been introduced. Housekeeping staff are ultra efficient, although pushed hard with the strict time limit per room. They deserve top salary. Cleanliness is better than most 4 star hotels I have been in, even ‘tho hard to get it 100% right every time in just 12 minutes. In summary, great hotel.
