Terrible management. I rented an apartment for over a year and had constant problems with Greg, who is abusive, dishonest, and rude. He tries to withhold my security deposit (Bond) He tried to evict us from the apartment twice because the owners were coming on vacation. The second time, I sought legal advice because we were being harassed! He rents dirty, poorly maintained apartments to thousands of students who live in overcrowded conditions. There was drug dealing in front of our apartment, and there was a fire because they were cooking the drugs there. On another occasion, two dealers had a brutal fight in the lobby. Many dealers live there, and robberies occur in the parking lot constantly. Greg is aware of all these situations and does nothing about them. (For this manager, the only thing that matters is filling his wallet.) A horrible and dangerous experience!
