We were quite disappointed with the condition of the facilities. When we checked in last night, the place was eerily dark. We booked a suite online for my family and was given a room with a stunning view of the perimeter wall even if there were hardly any hotel occupants. Rooms, linen and upholstery were moldy/dusty. By the way, they had no record of my online booking when i checked in. It is also a time sharing / residential condo facility that was not maintained properly. The only redeeming quality was the courteousness of the hotel staff.
