Chose the hotel because there is a bus limo from Narita airport, unfortunately the timing requires us to wait an hour at the airport. Thankfully, it’s not too bad to walk to the hotel with our luggages from Shinjuku station where the other earlier bus limo stopped. Self service check in was quick. There was a hotel staff assisting with check-in. We didn’t get a friendly vibe through the process. Rather mechanical & doesn’t accommodate request for rooms to be close together, we’re still thankful for rooms on the same level although rather far apart. We also heard other guests trying to communicate with the staff at the counter - doesn’t sound friendly. Toiletries are available to be picked up at the lobby. They even have a money changer machine. Apart from the small rooms, it functions alright for a hotel, also have a good bathroom. Ok for short stay, will not be too comfortable for longer stay. Breakfast was alright with good variety - western and Japanese meals available. Unfamiliar with Japan hotel cost, but seems pricey.
