I am staying at this property today for one day and my experience hasn't been good so far. Location and view is simply perfect to have a peaceful vacation. Something I found horrible about this property is that they don't have food situation sorted out. I paid 16k for one day stay and was looking for peaceful self paid lunch at their restaurant. It was 3:30 pm when I went to their restaurant and had to request them to take order since no one paid any attention to us. The entire staff was so lost. I had to repeatedly ask for 4 times about the options that are available and till the end they couldn't give me confidence that my food will be served. They had no clue if they could serve food or not at that time. They told us about availability of 4 options - 2 sandwich and tea/coffee. I did not like the service at all and trust me if you have budget to spend so much, better consider other properties. If sterling is reading this, you better get in touch for detailed feedback.
