An amazing property. The property is wide spread , with different sections allotted to different type of rooms. Great views all around. Almost all rooms give great mountain views. The property has lots open space to walk around and is filled with beautiful flower gardens all over the place. The property is a bit old, and needs proper upkeep. Ample parking space. From parking to reception is a bit of uphill, they provide battery powered rides for the guests. Room: We took the 2 BR premium family suits ( room series 1600 ), which has a very big open green sitout area overlooking mountains. The rooms are spacious and this can accommodate 6 adults in 2BR + 1 large sofa/cum bed in living room. stayed there for 3 nights. Maintenance department is not doing their job properly, with one of the washbasin leaking and water jet broken. heater and cooler in each room. Service: I found the housekeeping department lacking a lot. Not sure if it was primarily because of the rush or genuine short of hands. Had to call multiple times for almost everything requested. After every room cleaning the hand towels were missing. Room cleanliness was also not up to mark. Staff: All staff were courteous and willing to help, however they seemed genuinely hurried all the time and overburdened. Restaurant: Again a place where the management was missing, the restaurants were not kept ready before allowing guests to have food. Cutlery missing, No water bottles or glasses on table. Delays in picking used dishes. Food was ok and nothing great to write about with several options available. Kids: Has a great kids entertainment space divided in 2 sections. One is next to restaurant other is few steps down from the parking area near reception. Great options of frer and paid indoor games. Has few paid adventure activities like zip lining, rock climbing and rope walking. We did all and enjoyed it. Has a bon fire area next to it, which we did not go to, as it was far from room.
