My mom has been here for 10 years we have been under 3 leasing managers and I can say there is a big turn around when Mr. Allen came to Marconi. Before he came he had many complaints due to management before him. He's very hands on and great with comunication. The maintenance team and house keeping is finally getting under control. Starting to be much cleaner then the years before. No parking issues for residents. It's coming together ❤️ slowly from all the mess in the past. I haven't seen pest control in months so that's a plus. I haven't heard many neighbors complaining let's have a great year Marconi
