Booked this hotel for a colleague and am absolutely embarrassed. I wish I had read the reviews. Firstly, there's no restaurant or bar. They offered "heat and eat" options via microwave for $25. The whole hotel is tired, dated and underwhelming. The lobby is unkept and the staff weren't overly welcoming but were okay. The room wasn't serviced once during the whole 4 day stay and when I went into the room I was embarrassed. The furnishings were basic, the carpet was nearly threadbare. The towels were average at best. To be honest, I was so embarrassed that I offered to move my colleague to a real accommodation venue. When we offered our feedback directly to the hotel they didn't even care enough to respond which reinforces the late of care and hospitality. Avoid at all costs. Only benefit is the location. Just to clarify we booked this directly via your website.
