Update: I edited my review as nobody (including host) has reached back out to me after 3 weeks.) Pictures didn't do it justice online, but not in a good way. We chose this spot based on the photos and amenities. Now that we are here, we just can't wait to leave. For $250 + per night, we expected much better. Upon entering the rental...our luggage rolled away from us. Yes, the floors are wavy as hell and badly cracking. Throughout the whole unit too. Ahh, but they are softer than the beds! I literally heard my back crack when laying down. Thankfully there was a small recliner here so I had to sleep in it. The tub you literally have to climb up to get in to the shower. Instead of enjoying a relaxing weekend, im spending my time ready to get the out of here. I would be embarrassed if I was management. The host was nice and provided good directions. The security guard was super nice. We were excited about the sauna, the hot tub, etc. Now that we are here....no way in I'll get in any of it after seeing how things are maintained or lack there of. We will be at the race track all day so I'm literally counting the minutes until we get up and leave for the day. It's literally 80 degrees outside and I've listened to the poor ac rattle and bang all night. I can't see how it can keep up when its any hotter outside. I feel like I should try to say something nice....the towels were plentiful and clean. Also, checkout instructions/time changed from what they had online/and what we were sent. We are now supposed to strip the beds etc which was never mentioned. If we do the dishes, stript the beds and towels, take the trash out, then I question if they get cleaned in between guests at all. We noticed that the bathrooms both had hair all over the floor when we got here. Just not what we expected, what was represented, nor what we paid for.
