I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday trip, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite. First and most seriously, our room had bedbugs. All three of us were bitten during the night, and it was both upsetting and unhygienic. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and joyful occasion. A hotel stay should feel safe and clean—this was far from it. On top of that, our room’s key card stopped working three different times. We had to walk back and forth to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed, which was exhausting and inconvenient—especially when we just wanted to unwind and enjoy the trip. This was not the birthday memory I hoped to create. I truly hope management addresses the bedbug issue and improves the reliability of room access for future guests.
