I wish I could rate this place better. My husband and I recently stayed here and we really enjoyed our time in Panama. The trip started out with them not finding our reservation. We then had to put a hold on a card for accidentals which we understood, but when we got to our car to check our account they charged two different times. We got everything situated and moved on with our stay. The property was beautiful! The service in Tides was amazing! We checked out and started heading back to Indiana. We get about half way home and they had called my husband stating that we owed them money from the restaurant charges! Which we were told that we could use the accidental charge for! The lady who called had a very bad attitude and threatened to call the Bay County Sheriff on us because my husband stated that we would not be paying for anything because that’s what the accidental charge was for and we stated what we were told at check in. Now today we wake up to two different charges from the property. My husband called and has received nothing but poor attitudes and less than helpful employees. I would love to recommend this place but unfortunately we will not be returning to this property or any Blue Green property.
