We had a lovely stay at Continental Plaza Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff. I travelled with a one-year-old baby from Switzerland and joined my family at the hotel who came form Belarus and come here every year. The bay is quiet and the sea is very beautiful. We could go snorkeling for hours! A big thank you to Ahmed at the reception, who was extremely helpful in finding us a good room for me and my one-year-old baby. I also want to mention the cleaning staff—although the room wasn’t perfectly clean when we first arrived, after I kindly asked for a more thorough cleaning, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how nicely they handled the request. On the beach, we met the amazing team of Arafat, who even showed us parts of the underwater world. It made our day special. Ali was incredibly efficient when we lost our snorkel in the sea. At the restaurant on the first floor, we were so grateful to Ahmed, the manager, who always helped with the baby and to my family. The only downside during our stay was the mosquito problem. Unfortunately, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and even with a special device, it was hard to get rid of them. My baby was bitten badly, and it took a while for the bites to heal. This was the only thing that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, though, the staff’s friendliness and helpful attitude made us feel very welcome, and we had a great time. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!
