Edit: the lady that mans the counter has ZERO people skills and shouldn't be exposed to the public. Upset because this place is forcing us to pay $1400 for the hurricane Ian repairs after 30 years having a time share here...even though they built and maintain a place ON THE BEACH. Just my two cents but maybe you should have financially planned for a hurricane at least every 30 years without expecting your customers to pay for it. 2nd note- the day before we were set to come for the annual trip to Seven Seas we get a certified letter stating legal action and then we we called, that's when they told us they casually gave away our room without a call/email/letter stating that they would. Cool, so we have to pay for hurricane damages AND you gave away the room we've been staying in for 30 years. Big props to you all! You really treated us well and did the right thing, NOT. 3rd note- we had to park ACROSS the street due to the room/floor change due to "parking lot construction" and then it rained so they couldn't even work on it. So we are walking past our parking spot every day and many other empty spots while it raining while we are trying to scramble to get our stuff dry. Really inconsiderate and this is what is wrong with businesses as a whole these days. Trying to screw us over with every dollar you can while not even reciprocating the bare minimum in return. How hard would it have been to give us a decent parking spot to make up for giving our room away?! Posted a picture of the "construction" that's kept us from parking on site for 3 days.
