Best Quality Service! I'll elaborate, we got room 132A & the children got 132. We are on a 10-day vacation from mesa and the trip up was nothing short of atrocious. I am a facilities engineer level II at DEXCOM. We had a hot water heater issue, in 132A, at 4:54 p.m. I made a call to the front desk, at 4:57 p.m. they called back and said they will send maintenance, maintenance arrived at 5:07 and he was very professional and experienced to my surprise. The man was so knowledgeable, that when I mentioned an zinc ion rod, zinc rods act as sacrificial anodes, meaning they corrode instead of the protected metal structure, he then corrected me and said, no, the element is part of the structure and is not the sacrificial anode. I was like, damn, yep, you are correct sir., within an hour, we were back up and running with hot water. So, thank you to that gentleman, you got some knowledgeable staff amongst you.
