Great location, but no sound proofing. You can hear everything in the rooms next door. If you neighbours have a shower at midnight you are woken by the super loud hissing of water, toilet flushing etc. Poor workmanship in renovations. Poor quality additions, ie toaster. Kitchen fan exhausts into the room. I will never stay here again. The beach is not swimable, and not patrolled. No spa. No restaurant/ pub facilities on site.
