We arrived after the office had closed. Our reservation was for a room upstairs. The only elevator was broken and I am handicapped and could not do 5 flights of stairs. The person that we called quickly got us a room at ground level and allowed us to stay in that room for the entire stay. The room had a great view of the ocean, was spacious and the Murphy bed was comfortable. We had a private patio and were only two small steps from the ramp to the pool. We were close to a number of restaurants. Good place to stay!
