This Inn is AMAZING!!!!! The room was ready on our arrival, earlier than check-in time, and we received access. The room is CLEAN, very clean, and well appointed. Everything is well thought out. Service is excellent, and everyone is very kind. There is fresh popcorn in the lobby! The beach is right outside and only a few yards away, and the Boardwalk is down the street. The only issue is not their fault: It is noisy at night as it's a vacation town, and people stay up late at the boardwalk and "whoop it up." But if you're a city person, a heavy sleeper, or a night owl, you won't be bothered. For me, the sound of the ocean waves mitigated all the other sound issues. At 2:00 AM, the area goes quiet as everything closes down. I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Santa Cruz, I know we will be back.
